Distances:

• 7-8; 9-10 years olds 11-12; 13-14 years olds
• 100 meter swim, 200 meter swim
• 5K bike, 10K bike
• .6 mile run, 1.2 mile run

Entire course is within the St. Alban’s community

Event starts with first swim wave at 8:00 a.m.

Maximum of 200 participants

 

Requirements for Participants :

• All short course swimmers must be able to swim 100 meters in 7 minutes
• Long course swimmers must be able to swim 200 meters in 7 minutes
• Bike helmets required
• An Athlete’s waiver must be signed by Parent at packet pick-up
